摘 要
2021年(1—12月)，临西县气温显著偏高，降水异常偏多，日照时数显著偏多。受大气环流异常影响，天气气候形势复杂多变，极端天气气候事件频发，暴雨、大风、沙尘、连阴雨等气象灾害影响较大。
2021年临西县天气气候特点为年平均气温为14.4℃，较常年偏高1.1℃，为显著偏高年份。冬季气温显著偏高，春季、秋季气温偏高，夏季气温正常。年初出现极端冷暖转换(1月份最高极端气温为14.1℃，最低极端气温为-20.1℃)，12月份气温较常年偏高2.2℃，突破历史同期极大值;年降水量为994.6毫米，较常年偏多474.2毫米，为异常偏多年份，为历年降水量最多，年降水量突破历史极大值(最大年降水量为886.3毫米，出现在1973年)，秋季降水异常偏多，为历史同期最多，冬季降水异常偏多、夏季降水显著偏多，春季降水偏少，其中2月、7月、9-11月降水均异常偏多;年日照时数为2687.1小时，较常年偏多265.1小时，为显著偏多年份，冬季、春季日照时数异常偏多，夏季、秋季日照时数偏少。
2021年发生的主要天气气候事件有暴雨、高温、连阴雨、大风、冰雹、雾和霾、寒潮、阶段性气象干旱、大范围降雪、沙尘等，并有以下特点：暴雨日数偏多，与2003年并列第一，雨季开始偏早，结束偏晚，降水过程多，累计雨量大，强降雨时段主要集中在7月中旬，秋季暴雨日数异常偏多，过程影响范围广，9—10月出现罕见秋汛;高温日数偏多，最长连续高温日数为5天;连阴雨偏多，连阴雨日数突破10月历史极大值;大风日数集中在4—5月和7月、11月，5月、11月日极大风速突破历史极大值;冰雹日数偏少;大雾日数偏多;霾天气主要出现在冬季和秋季;寒潮日数偏多，为1994年以来最多;气象干旱较轻，阶段性出现在上半年;降雪日数偏少;沙尘天气偏多，为2009年以来最多。总体而言，2021年临西县气候年景属于“一般”年份。
Abstract
In 2021 (January-December), the temperature in Linxi County was significantly higher, the precipitation was abnormally higher, and the sunshine hours were significantly higher。Affected by the abnormal atmospheric circulation, the weather and climate situation is complicated and changeable, extreme weather and climate events occur frequently, and meteorological disasters such as heavy rain, strong wind, dust and continuous rain have great influence。
The weather and climate characteristics of Linxi County in 2021 are that the annual average temperature is 14.4℃, 1.1℃ higher than normal, which is a significantly higher year。The temperature is significantly higher in winter, higher in spring and autumn and normal in summer。At the beginning of the year, there was an extreme cold-warm transition (the highest extreme temperature in January was 14.1℃, and the lowest extreme temperature was -20.1℃), and the temperature in December was 2.2℃ higher than normal, exceeding the historical maximum in the same period。The annual precipitation is 994.6 mm, 474.2 mm more than normal, which is abnormal for many years。It is the largest precipitation in the past years。The annual precipitation has exceeded the historical maximum (the largest annual precipitation is 886.3 mm, which appeared in 1973)。The autumn precipitation is abnormally high, which is the largest in the same period of history。The precipitation in winter is abnormally high, the precipitation in summer is significantly high, and the precipitation in spring is low, including February, July and September-September。The annual sunshine hours are 2687.1 hours, 265.1 hours more than normal, which is significantly more than normal years。The sunshine hours in winter and spring are unusually high, while the sunshine hours in summer and autumn are less。
The main weather and climate events in 2021 include heavy rain, high temperature, continuous rain, strong wind, hail, fog and haze, cold wave, staged meteorological drought, large-scale snowfall, sand dust, etc。and have the following characteristics: the number of days of heavy rain is on the high side, tied for the first place with 2003, the rainy season starts earlier and ends later, with many precipitation processes, and the accumulated rainfall is large。The periods of heavy rain are mainly concentrated in mid-July, and heavy rain in autumn。There are many high temperature days, and the longest continuous high temperature days is 5 days。The number of consecutive rainy days exceeded the historical maximum in October。The windy days are concentrated in April-May, July and November, and the daily maximum wind speed in May and November exceeds the historical maximum。Hail days are less; There are too many foggy days; Haze weather mainly occurs in winter and autumn; The number of cold wave daysis on the high side, the highest since 1994; The meteorological drought is mild, and it appears in the first half of the year。Snowfall days are less; The weather is dusty, the most since 2009。Overall, the climate year of Linxi County in 2021 belongs to the "general" year。
